Before you contact us, please look at the Help
file: it may already contain an answer to your question.
Please inform us about the following:
- Your registration name (if you're a registered
user). For example "My registration name: Hansi Kursch".
- Program version (from "About" dialog)
- Where did you download program (if not from
our server www.AbyssAudio.com directly)
- Windows version (US or international)
- Description of your problem (as much information
as possible to reproduce the problem). Screenshots of main window
are welcome.
If for any reason your
registration code becomes invalid or lost just send an e-mail
to support@AbyssAudio.com
together with the details of your previous registration. You will
receive a new code via e-mail at no charge as soon as we have
validated your old registration data.
If you have any comments or suggestions for future
releases, please don't hesitate to post
them to us.
